Use your account email and password to access your account. If you have forgotten your password or have never used the console before please click the FORGOT link and send yourself a Password Reset link.
NB: Your account email is the email address you used to setup the account, or, if the account was setup for you, the email address you receive emails from us, e.g. Welcome email, or New Order Notification email.
You will shortly receive an email with a link to reset your password. Make sure to remember this password.
NB: If you dont receive the email within 5 minutes please check your spam folder. Alternatively, the email you provided may have been entered incorrectly or not the account email. Once you have accessed your Account Console you can pay invoices, order new products and services, create a ticket, cancel products, access your hosting hosting GUI and modify your account settings.
Just make sure to keep your Account login information handy for next time!
